So today, as I was meditating on God’s word, the Lord said one thing very clearly: don’t work to be blessed, but work to be a blessing. There’s a difference between the two. When you work to be blessed, your workplace becomes a source of your blessing. I am telling you today, your struggle with finances is going to break; it is going to get over today. Your business, your workplace is not the source of blessing—God is the source of blessing. You are already blessed in Christ. Amen.

Ephesians 1:3 – “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.”

You are already blessed in Christ.

So don’t work to get blessed. Work to be a blessing. Work is a channel of blessing—a channel where you can be a blessing to somebody. Let me show you the word.

Ephesians 4:28 – “Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need.”

If you’re not laboring, you are a thief who is stealing.

You don’t work for your needs; work for someone else’s needs. God gave you that job so that you can be a channel of blessing for somebody else. Amen. So let it all flow. Say with me: Let it all flow. You know, what’s the difference between a pond and a river? In the pond, the water does not flow. In the river, the water flows. Because in the pond, the water does not flow, it accumulates dirt and pollutants. But as long as there’s a flow, the river will always be a blessing. Don’t be a pond. Be a river. Let what the Lord has given you flow. Because if it flows out, it will come back in.

Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

If you keep eating and it does not come out from anywhere, it is going to cause problems in your body. A healthy body will output as much as it inputs.

Makes sense, right? You want to be financially healthy? It needs to go out.

Today, as I was meditating on God’s Word, the Lord spoke something very clearly: Don’t work to be blessed, but work to be a blessing. There’s a significant difference between the two.

When you work to be blessed, you make your workplace the source of your blessing. But I am here to tell you today that your struggle with finances is going to break—right now. Your business or workplace is not the source of blessing. God is the source of blessing.

Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.”

You are already blessed in Christ. Amen! So don’t work to get blessed. Work to be a blessing. Work is a channel for you to bless others.

Let me show you what the Word says.

Ephesians 4:28 – “Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need.”

If you’re not laboring, you’re stealing. You don’t work for your needs; you work for someone else’s needs. God gave you your job so you could be a channel of blessing for others.

So let it flow. Say it with me: Let it flow. What’s the difference between a pond and a river? A pond doesn’t flow; it accumulates dirt and pollutants. But a river flows. And as long as there’s flow, a river is always a blessing.

Don’t be a pond. Be a river. Let what the Lord has given you flow out, because when it flows out, it comes back in.

Luke 6:38 – “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

If you keep everything for yourself, refusing to let it flow, it creates problems—just like an unhealthy body struggles when it outputs nothing. You’ll never find someone who hoarded everything and remained financially healthy. Financial health comes when you release.

Who is the source of your blessing? God is the source of your blessing. Work is simply your channel of blessing. Understand the difference. Don’t limit God to only bless you through your work. Let the limits come off today!

The meaning of repentance is changing your mind. It’s not just feeling remorseful; it’s a transformation in thinking. Jesus’s one consistent message during His ministry was this:

Matthew 4:17 – “Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand”

If you hear the Word but your mind remains unchanged, there’s no transformation. Be willing to change your mind today.

Transformation happens when you align with God’s will.

Matthew 6:10 teaches us to pray:

Matthew 6:10 – “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

God’s kingdom comes with His will. You can’t have one without the other.

Psalm 37:4 – “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

This doesn’t mean God fulfills your random desires. When you delight in Him, He places His desires in your heart—aligning you with His will.

Not all desires are bad. The question is: Where does the desire come from? A desire aligned with God is good, but one that isn’t will lead to frustration.

If you’re facing resistance, especially in career or finances, consider this: Resistance may be the favor of God. He isn’t frustrating you to harm you. He’s guiding you toward something better because His thoughts for you are always good. Trust Him.

Listen to me carefully. If you are facing resistance in your career or workplace, it’s actually the favor of God. The problem is that you might be out of alignment with God’s will. Imagine you’re on a boat going against the wind; the wind feels like your enemy. But when you align yourself with the wind, it becomes favorable.

Most of us fight against God’s will and experience frustration because we meet resistance. But this resistance is not there to harm you—it’s actually God’s favor, meant to propel you forward in your destiny. So, when you face resistance, ask yourself: Am I aligned with God’s will?

Remember, God’s will for your life is good, pleasing, and perfect . Realign yourself today. Change your mind. When you realign yourself, the very same resistance that has been stopping you will become the force that moves you forward.

Jesus preached the message of the Kingdom of God, and He taught us to pray, “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven”. God’s desire has always been for earth to reflect heaven. From the beginning, He intended for the earth to be like heaven, which is why He placed Adam in the Garden of Eden—a place of no lack, no sickness, no curse. God’s plan was for Adam to work and expand the garden, spreading its blessing and atmosphere across the earth.

Even today, God’s desire remains unchanged: He wants the earth to be like heaven. And how does this happen? It starts when the reality of heaven is within you. When heaven is within you, you can bring that atmosphere into every relationship and space, whether at home, work, or church.

Isaiah 51:16 – “I have put my words in your mouth. I have covered you with the shadow of my hand, that I may plant the heavens, lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’”

God desires to plant heaven on earth, and He does so by planting His Word in us. The seed of God’s Word has the power to transform and create. You may look at God’s Word and think it’s insignificant, like a tiny seed, but within that seed is the potential for a great harvest.

Most Christians would rather have the fruit than the seed, but without the seed, there’s no fruit. The fruit comes after the seed is planted, watered, and nurtured.

God works through His Word, and when He gives you a seed (His Word), you must receive it and let it grow in your heart. Your heart is like a garden, and the seeds you’ve sown there will determine your harvest. If your garden (heart) has bad trees, they need to be uprooted and replaced with good seeds.

Matthew 15:13 – “Every plant which my heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted.”

There are many negative thoughts, fears, and wrong seeds that have been planted in our hearts over the years. But when we come to Christ, He uproots the bad seeds and gives us the seeds of His Word to plant in our lives.

So, why are you experiencing what you’re experiencing, especially if you don’t like it? It’s because there are wrong seeds planted in your heart. Jesus said,

Luke 11:28 – “Blessed is the one who hears the Word, who keeps the Word, and stays at it”

Everything that God does in your life comes through a seed—His Word.

When you receive God’s Word, it’s like a seed planted in your heart, the garden of your heart. Once you’ve received it, what should you do next? Water it. Keep watering it. The Word of God not only acts as a seed but also as water.

Ephesians 5:25-26 –  “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church… that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word.”

The Word of God washes and cleanses, and just as water nourishes the soil for seeds to grow, the Word nurtures and grows the seed in our hearts.

So, how does God plant heaven on earth? He does it through His Word. Isaiah 51:16, God says,

Isaiah 51:16 – “I have put my words in your mouth.”

What should you do when God puts His words in your mouth? You speak them out. Speak them out loud.

When you speak, you’re hearing God’s Word again, and that faith enters your heart. It’s a cycle of speaking, hearing, and growing. This process transforms your heart, uprooting wrong beliefs, and planting the seeds of God’s truth.

The truth is, we are all learning to believe God’s Word. You may think you believe it fully, but if your life doesn’t reflect the Word, then you are still learning to believe. It’s a process. But don’t be discouraged—this is where transformation happens. You are in the right place: learning to believe.

Now, how do you water the Word in your heart? By speaking it out. Speak every Word that God has given you, over and over again. God told Joshua in,

Joshua 1:8 – “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

This is the secret to success: meditate on God’s Word and speak it.

Christians often get frustrated, thinking that God should work another way. But this is how God works: He gives you His Word, and you receive it, speak it, and water it. If you stick to it, you’ll see results in your life.

Complaining about your circumstances won’t change anything. You can complain for years, but nothing will change unless you change your mind, get into God’s Word, and apply it. Declare the Word. Speak the Word. Meditate on it.

Let’s look at Romans 8:16-17:

Romans 8:16-17 –  “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with Him in order that we may also be glorified with Him.”

Did you know that you are a co-heir with Christ? As an heir, you have an inheritance. And this inheritance is not just something for the future; it’s available to you right now. You have access to God’s blessings and promises as part of His Kingdom.

In Christ, we have an inheritance. Ephesians 1 makes it clear: In Him, we have obtained an inheritance. But what exactly is that inheritance? According to Romans 4:13

Romans 4:13 – For the promise to Abraham and his offspring that he would be heir of the world did not come through the law but through the righteousness of faith.

The promise to Abraham and his offspring is that they would be heirs of the world—not just of a small portion, but the earth itself.

You’re worried about a small house or a piece of land, but God’s promise is that you, as an heir of Christ, are called to inherit the earth. The body of Christ is destined to be the largest landowner in the world because this is the promise God has given. Why does God want you to inherit the earth? It’s so that you can plant His reality here, so His will can be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Right now, the earth is in the hands of the wicked, which is why God’s will isn’t fully realized. But when righteous people, those aligned with God’s purpose, take possession of the earth, His will is fulfilled. That’s why prosperity and purpose go hand in hand. Prosperity is not about fulfilling your purpose; it’s about fulfilling His purpose.

To walk in His prosperity, you must align yourself with His purpose. Say, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” When you align with God’s purpose, the wind of favor will blow in your life. What could’ve taken you ten years to accomplish might now take you just one week. Doors that were closed to you will begin to open.

God’s purpose for your life is to inherit the earth, and when you are righteous through faith, you are called to do just that. How do we inherit the earth? Through the righteousness of faith, as stated in Romans 4:13. This righteousness is not earned by doing good deeds but by believing in the One who has made you righteous.

Too many Christians are frustrated because they think they must be “good enough” to receive God’s blessings. They try to live morally perfect lives, thinking that’s the key to receiving from God. But the inheritance comes through the righteousness of faith, not through works of the law.

Being a good person, while important, does not guarantee the inheritance. Righteousness comes through faith in Jesus Christ. Believing in Him, who has already done everything on your behalf, is what opens the door to the fullness of God’s promises. Trying to justify yourself by following the law only places you outside of grace. It is not about doing good things—it’s about believing in the One who did everything right for you. You want to walk in grace. It doesn’t happen by doing good. It happens by believing in the one who did it. Because doing good is a religious activity. But when you believe in him, he starts walking in you.

The Christian life is not just difficult—it is impossible to live without the help of Jesus. The only person who can live the Christian life perfectly is Jesus Himself. But when you believe in Jesus, He works in you. It’s not about what you do, but about putting your confidence in Him. You are made righteous by faith—simply by believing in Jesus. Faith is more important than actions. If you believe right, you will do right. But if you just focus on doing right without believing right, you’ll fail. The key is in the foundation of belief. When you believe you are righteous by faith, you will see the fruit of righteousness in your life. This is not about striving to do good works; it’s about believing in the work Jesus has already done for you.

Romans 10:9 shows that salvation comes not through doing, but through believing and confessing. You don’t need to climb mountains or swim rivers to be saved. You simply need to believe that Jesus was raised from the dead and confess with your mouth that He is Lord. This is the righteousness of faith.

Romans 10:9 – because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 10:6-10 further explains that the righteousness of faith has a specific behavior—it speaks differently from the world. It doesn’t say, “How will I get to Jesus?” or “How will Jesus come to me?” It doesn’t look for a physical manifestation of Jesus to solve problems. Instead, righteousness based on faith declares that the Word is near you—in your mouth and in your heart. The Word is the weapon you use to speak to your circumstances.

When you are caught in any pit—whether it’s a pit of sickness, anxiety, debt, or hopelessness—you don’t need to cry out, “Jesus, where are you?” Instead, you speak His Word. You declare the healing power of Jesus, the richness of His provision, and His peace. What you say in faith has the power to change your situation. Before Jesus was known as the Son of God, He was the Word of God .

John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

This Word that you speak is not just a collection of phrases—it’s the very presence of Jesus in action. The Word is more powerful than any angel, and when you speak it, you are releasing the power of Jesus into your life. If you cannot break through with God’s Word, then you will not break through, period. If you think the Word cannot deliver you from debt, addiction, or any stronghold, nothing else will be able to do it. The key is speaking the righteousness of faith.

If you believe you are the righteousness of God, then speak like it. You might say, “But Pastor, I’m struggling with smoking!” The truth is, you are the righteousness of God who struggles with smoking. You are not a smoker—your true identity is the righteousness of God. What does the righteousness of faith do? It speaks.

Even when you fall, speak the truth of who you are. If you don’t speak, you will never experience deliverance. There’s a testimony of a man who was a chain smoker, and his pastor taught him to speak the truth each time he smoked: “I am the righteousness of God.” It didn’t happen overnight, but over time, he caught the revelation, and from that moment, smoking had no power over him.

What you can’t speak, you can’t possess. If you struggle with sin, sickness, or any other negative pattern, begin declaring the truth: I am the righteousness of God. The righteousness of faith speaks, and through that declaration, you activate the power to change.

Isaiah 55:11 – “So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth. It shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.”

Every time you speak God’s Word, you are releasing it with purpose. It will accomplish the task it was sent to do, even if you don’t see immediate change. Just as Jesus cursed the fig tree and didn’t see the immediate effects, you might not see immediate results, but the roots of the problem are being dealt with. The moment you speak, the Word begins to work on the root.

Just because you don’t see immediate change doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Trust that the Word is working, even when you can’t see it. The key is consistency in speaking and believing. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t see a visible result the next day, just like the praying auntie who spoke to the mountain, yet saw nothing the next day. Keep declaring, because the Word will accomplish its purpose.

Jesus said in Mark 11:23

Mark 11:23 – “If you have faith and speak to the mountain, it will be moved and cast into the sea.”

Speaking in faith is not about seeing immediate results; it’s about knowing that the Word is working and having confidence that it will bring forth results in due time. Keep declaring, keep speaking, and believe that every word you release is making a difference, even when you can’t see it yet. If the mountain of wrong beliefs is removed from your heart, it will also be removed from your physical circumstances. How does God uproot the wrong trees in your heart—the wrong beliefs about money, health, and your future? He does it by giving you His Word. But you need to declare the Word for transformation to happen. As you declare God’s Word, the wrong belief systems that have been planted in your heart will be uprooted.

In Luke 17:6, Jesus teaches that if you had faith the size of a mustard seed, you could say to a mulberry tree, “Be uprooted and planted in the sea,” and it would obey you.

Luke 17:6 – And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

When you speak the Word of God, you are actively uprooting wrong beliefs. Sometimes these beliefs come from our parents, culture, or society. For example, you might have been taught that everyone in your family dies by a certain age or that sickness is inevitable. But these beliefs are not in alignment with God’s Word.

The Word says, “I shall not die but live and declare the glory of the Lord.” When you declare this truth over your life, you break any generational curses or wrong belief systems. If a sickness runs in your family, declare that it ends with you. God’s Word is more powerful than any generational curse. When you speak God’s Word, it begins to take root in your heart and transform your life.

In the beginning, Adam’s job was to expand the garden. How would he do that? The trees in the garden bore fruit, and within the fruit were seeds. Adam could take those seeds and plant them, causing the garden to grow and expand. This is the model for how God’s kingdom works in your life. You are called to be a farmer, and the ground you are working with is your heart. The seed is God’s Word.

What do you want to see in your life? If you want to see healing, financial breakthrough, or restored relationships, you need to plant the Word of God in your heart. Stop getting frustrated and complaining about your circumstances. Start planting what you want to see. You don’t need to wait for things to change; God has already given you His Word, and that is the seed for your breakthrough.

If you desire a fruitful life, you must plant the seed of God’s Word in your heart. Just as a farmer works diligently to plant and care for the seeds in the soil, you need to take God’s promises and declare them daily over your life. Your words have power. When you speak God’s Word, you are planting seeds that will bear fruit in your life. The fruit may not appear immediately, but don’t be discouraged. Keep planting, keep declaring, and in time, the seed will grow and produce the harvest you desire.

Imagine if you had a garden, and every day you saw, “Oh man, there’s no apple tree.” The next morning, you come, and still, “Oh, there’s no apple tree.” A week goes by, and it’s the same. Just having the desire for an apple tree won’t create it. Get some apple seeds! The problem is that many people look for results without planting the right seeds. Stop being frustrated. The reason your prayers aren’t working is because they aren’t prayers—they’re just frustration and venting. You want love? Sow seeds of love. You want to be the most interesting person in the room? Be the most interested person. What you sow is what you reap. But if you don’t sow, it’s foolish to expect. God has given you all the seeds you need; it’s already within you.

Okay, hold your belly. Can you see me? This has skyscrapers, real estate, and the next creative idea for you to become a multimillionaire. From your belly shall flow streams of living water. You need to activate it. How? By His Word. Whatever you’re seeking is already within you. Jesus has come inside of you. His kingdom is within you. Stop getting frustrated. Start working it out.

You know, the Lord only does wondrous things. He doesn’t do mediocre stuff.

Psalm 72:18 – “Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who alone does wondrous things.”

Your life is meant to be a wonder. You are a masterpiece of God. He didn’t make you for mediocrity. You were set apart to fulfill His purpose and bring heaven on earth. If you are stuck in the middle of chaos, it’s because God wants to release peace through you. If you were born in poverty, it’s because God wants to release prosperity through you. If everyone around you is sick, it’s because God wants to release healing through you. You are in the right time, in the right place. Stop complaining.

Psalm 22:3 – “But you are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel.”

When God is enthroned in your praises, the enemy is enthroned in your complaints. Don’t let the devil occupy your thoughts with complaints. Start praising! Declare what you don’t yet see in your life. Sow that seed into your life!

Psalm 1:2 -, “But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law he meditates day and night.”

Let God’s Word become your lifestyle. If you spend four hours a day watching Netflix, you will only see the fruit of Netflix. If you meditate on God’s Word day and night, you will see the fruit of God’s Word. The secret to acceleration is within you. You decide how fast you want to grow.

In 2012, my life changed because I had a breakthrough in receiving from the Word. Hearing the Word is a blessing. I realized that many people don’t even have the privilege of hearing the Word, because the devil has blinded their hearts. If you have the opportunity to hear and understand God’s Word, you are so blessed. You need to learn how to apply God’s Word to your life, just like a farmer who plants seeds, waters them, and patiently waits for the harvest. When you learn to receive from the Word, everything in your life will change. It accelerates you like a rocket. I realized that I was not called to be a software engineer. It’s a hobby for me, but my calling is to preach the gospel.

When you learn to receive from the Word, it will change your personality from the inside out. The real you is hidden within. The Word has the power to transform even your physical appearance. Genesis 12:14 says that Sarah, at the age of 90, was so beautiful that kings desired her. At 90, you will still be desirable because the Word will transform you!

Psalm 23:5 – “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”

A table of feast is prepared for you. If you’re still hungry while seated at the table, it’s foolishness. You are called to be blessed. Receive from the Word, and it will change your financial history. Let His Word change your heart, and your reality will change. No more frustration, no more complaints. Decide today to stop complaining and start receiving from the Word of God.
