Housekeeping Team’s SOP

Basic Information

Before the service - 10AM

Check the housekeeping supplies frequently and inform the head for any requirements!

Chairs need to be cleaned using Colin. *
Make sure the whole place is clean. Bathroom floor should be clean and dry. *
Check the Washroom for all the supplies including Handwash, Tissues, etc. *
Check the water flow in all taps/faucets. *
Check the pantry/Kitchen for cleanliness and order. *
Water dispenser must have water and cups (for hot and cold water). *
Put the garbage bags in all the dustbins. *
After the service

Check the housekeeping supplies frequently and inform the head for any requirements!

The dishes that were used to serve food should be washed after lunch and placed neatly in the kitchen. *
The glass used to serve water for the pastor to be washed. *
Vacuum the hall *
(Confirm with the SPOC)
Dispose the garbage bags. *
Before leaving the church, make sure that the whole place is clean. Check the bathroom, the office, and the kitchen for the order. *
Keep the SOP back in the Ushering+Housekeeping SOP file. *
